Bobby Brown Jr.'s autopsy reveals mix of alcohol, cocaine and fentanyl - Page Six

Bobby Brown Jr.’s death in November was due to a toxic combination of alcohol, cocaine and fentanyl.

The L.A. County Medical Examiner’s Office released its findings Monday, which were obtained by TMZ. Per the report, which rules Brown’s death as accidental, a witness told police that they had seen him drinking tequila and had snorted half a Percocet along with the cocaine.

Brown’s family had said that he had not been feeling well prior to his death, but a source close to them told TMZ that he did not have COVID-19.

A close friend of Brown’s, rapper Mikey Polo, told the Sun in November that Brown’s death “was probably [caused by] too much partying or something like that [but] I don’t want anybody looking at him like a druggie who overdosed.”

“He had a lot to live for and if he had a drug problem, trust me, we would have stopped it,” Polo added.

The younger Bobby was the son of Brown and Kim Ward — with whom the singer had an 11-year off-and-on relationship — making him the half-brother of Bobbi Kristina, Bobby Brown’s daughter with Whitney Houston. Kristina’s 2015 death, which was three years after Houston was found dead in a hotel bathtub, revealed a mix of morphine, cocaine, alcohol and prescription drugs that led her to drown in the bath and go into a coma. Bobbi Kristina’s ex-fiancé Nick Gordon died in 2020 after overdosing on heroin.

“Please keep my family in your prayers at this time,” Brown, 52, said in a statement following his son’s death in November. “Losing my son at this point in our lives has devastated my family. There are no words to explain the pain.”
